USE CASE
A press-1-to-5 IVR survey tells you a score and nothing else, and most people hang up before the end. Our AI agent calls customers after a purchase, visit or service, asks your survey questions in a natural conversation and writes down what they said, including the complaint you'd never have heard about otherwise.
AT A GLANCE
USE CASES
A call the day after a delivery, installation, repair or visit: how did it go, anything we should fix?
The score question plus 'what's the main reason?', with the answer recorded in the customer's words.
Unhappy customers are flagged to your team the same day, with the recording, before the bad review gets written.
Happy customers are sent your Google review link on WhatsApp straight after the call.
Short structured surveys to past customers or a list: what they use, what they'd pay, what's missing.
FEATURES THAT MATTER HERE
Customers explain in Hindi, English or their own language. The agent asks one follow-up when an answer is vague.
Each answer is scored where the question needs one and tagged with a theme: delivery, staff, price, quality.
Low scores and unhappy callers are flagged in the call log with the recording, so your team can call back the same day.
Happy customers get your Google or marketplace review link on WhatsApp.
Every response lands in Google Sheets or your CRM, ready to filter by branch, product or staff member.
IVR VS AI
A keypad IVR survey plays a recording and asks the caller to press a number. It's cheap, but it only collects numbers, many people drop off after the first question, and anyone who isn't comfortable with the menu is lost.
A conversational survey asks the same questions out loud and listens. "Seven, but the technician came two hours late" is one answer with a score and a reason. The agent can ask "what would have made it a ten?" and record the answer. You still get numbers for your dashboard, plus the reasons you can act on. GOOD SURVEY CALLS
Short. Two to four questions, under two minutes. Ask the score question, ask why, ask if there's anything else, and thank them. Longer research surveys work too, but tell people up front how long it will take and keep a way out.
The agent opens with who it is and why it's calling, and offers to call back at a better time if the customer is busy.

Hindi, English, Hinglish, Marathi, Kannada, Tamil, Telugu and Bengali. The agent switches when the customer does.
Yes. Every call has an outcome, a score where the question needs one and a summary, so low scores and complaints can be filtered and called back the same day, with the recording.
