DigitalCallers

SOLUTION

Bulk voice calls your customers can actually reply to.

Voice broadcasting plays the same recording to thousands of numbers. It's cheap, and most people hang up in the first five seconds because they can tell nobody is there. Our bulk voice calls reach the same list, but each person gets a short conversation: they can say yes, ask a question, pick a time or say "not interested", and every answer is recorded against their number.

VOICE BROADCASTING VS AI BULK CALLS

Why a recorded message isn't enough any more

Indian phone users get a lot of unwanted calls, and they have learned to hang up on recordings within seconds. A broadcast reports "delivered" for every number that picked up, but it can't tell you who listened, who was interested or who wanted a call back.

An AI bulk call costs more per call than a recording, but you only pay for the seconds people actually talk, unanswered numbers are free, and you end the day knowing who said yes. In our own platform data, a run of scripted event invitations averaged 40–45 seconds a call (see what 47,000+ calls taught us), which works out to roughly ₹3–8 a call on our plans before GST.

WHO YOU CAN CALL

Bulk calling has rules in India

Bulk calls to people who never gave you their number are exactly what TRAI's anti-spam rules target. We run bulk campaigns for lists where the business has a relationship with the person: existing customers, registered attendees, people who enquired, members. Promotional calls go out on the number series TRAI requires for them, DND preferences are respected, and anyone who says "don't call" is removed.

If you are not sure whether your list qualifies, ask us before the campaign, not after. Our explainer on whether AI calling is legal in India covers consent, DND and the DPDP Act.

COMMON QUESTIONS

Questions about bulk voice calls and voice broadcasting

What is a bulk voice call?

A campaign that calls a large list of numbers automatically. Traditional bulk calls play a recorded message; ours connect each person who answers to a short AI conversation so they can reply.

How is this different from voice broadcasting?

Voice broadcasting is one-way: a recording plays and the call ends. Here the customer can answer, ask questions and give you a decision, which is saved against their number.

How many numbers can I call in a day?

That depends on your list size, the hours you allow and how fast we can safely pace calls from your numbers. We agree the pace before the campaign and raise it once answer rates hold up.

Can I send a WhatsApp after the call?

Yes. The agent can send a link, location, brochure or confirmation on WhatsApp to the people who ask for it during the call.

Is bulk calling allowed in India?

Yes, within TRAI's rules: call people who have a relationship with you or have consented, use the right number series for promotional calls, respect DND and stop calling anyone who asks.

What does it cost?

A one-time setup (from ₹25,000) builds and tests your agent. After that you pay per minute of conversation: ₹8 a minute on Starter (3,000-minute monthly bundle), down to ₹6.50 a minute on the larger plans, billed in 30-second pulses. Calls nobody answers are not billed. Prices are plus 18% GST.
