PRICING FAQ

Common pricing questions.

Is the price really flat per call? Even if the call goes 10 minutes?

Yes. ₹9 per call on Native Audio covers a 90-second call or an 8-minute call — same price. We absorb the duration variance so you can budget cleanly per lead. The only thing we don't bill: calls that don't connect (busy, no answer, voicemail). Those are free.

What counts as a "completed call"?

The lead picks up and the AI agent has a conversation of at least 5 seconds. Dial time, ringing, voicemail attempts — all free. If the lead picks up and hangs up within 5 seconds, no charge.

Is there a minimum monthly commitment?

No. Pay-as-you-go from call one. You can run a 50-call pilot, evaluate, and decide. We add the credit-card / wire-transfer setup once you're past the demo.

What about WhatsApp / SMS / email costs?

WhatsApp post-call confirmations are included at our Meta Cloud API wholesale (~₹0.35 per service-conversation in India). You can BYO BSP (AiSensy/Gupshup/Wati/Twilio) or use ours. SMS is on your provider. Email is included.

Can I switch engines per campaign?

Yes. Each campaign picks its engine. A typical setup: Standard engine for COD confirmations, Native Audio for site-visit booking, Realtime for hot-lead closing. Same dashboard, same insights — different per-call price.

Do you offer enterprise contracts?
