Yes. ₹9 per call on Native Audio covers a 90-second call or an 8-minute call — same price. We absorb the duration variance so you can budget cleanly per lead. The only thing we don't bill: calls that don't connect (busy, no answer, voicemail). Those are free.
The lead picks up and the AI agent has a conversation of at least 5 seconds. Dial time, ringing, voicemail attempts — all free. If the lead picks up and hangs up within 5 seconds, no charge.
No. Pay-as-you-go from call one. You can run a 50-call pilot, evaluate, and decide. We add the credit-card / wire-transfer setup once you're past the demo.
