In 30-second pulses, the same way Indian telecom operators bill. A 20-second call is billed as 30 seconds; a 50-second call as one minute. Calls that ring out or are not answered are not billed.
No. Every minute is billed at your plan rate, whether the AI agent made the call or answered it.
Each plan is a prepaid bundle of minutes: 3,000 on Starter, 5,000 on Growth, 10,000 on Scale and 15,000 on Enterprise. Minutes above the bundle are billed at the same per-minute rate on the next invoice. Unused minutes are for that month and don't carry forward. Plans run for a minimum of three months.
Yes. Annual plans are 12 monthly bundles paid upfront, with minutes released month by month, and the one-time setup fee is discounted — 50% on Starter, Growth and Scale, 25% on Enterprise. The per-minute rate is the same either way.
Yes, from your account: ₹10,000 one-time setup plus ₹2,000 a month per additional integration, and you can set it up the moment the payment goes through. Facebook and Instagram lead ads count as one integration; so do any number of Google Sheets.
