Feature · Champion Agents

Your agents compete.
Your best one wins more calls.

Run 3-5 agent variants in parallel — different opening lines, tones, pacing, objection handling. They each take a slice of your live traffic. Every week, the winner gets a bigger slice. The losers either learn — or get retired.

The premise

No prompt is “finished.” Every prompt has a better version.

Most AI calling tools give you one prompt. You set it, hope it works, and have no way to know if a tweak would convert better. We do the opposite — we put your prompts in competition and let the conversion rate decide.

How it works

A weekly head-to-head, on real calls.

1

Define 3-5 contenders

Variants on opening line, persona, tone, objection-handling style, closing pitch. Different voices (male/female) and even different LLMs. Each contender is a complete agent.

2

Split live traffic

Each contender takes an equal share of your live calls in week 1. Real buyers. Real conditions. Real conversions tracked.

3

Weekly leaderboard

Sunday night, the system ranks all contenders by composite score: booking rate, AI quality score, talk-to-listen ratio, objection-handling, customer sentiment.

4

Champion gets 70%

Monday morning, the winning agent claims 70% of traffic. Runners-up split 30% — so they keep collecting data and stay ready to dethrone the champion next week.

5

Bottom contender gets retrained

The lowest-scoring agent gets coached — we mine its lost calls, suggest prompt refinements, ship a v2 of that agent into next week’s tournament. Continuous evolution.

6

Hall of Fame

Champions accumulate wins. A 5-week-in-a-row champion gets archived as a tournament-tested prompt — your library of winners grows over time.

Scoring

How an agent wins.

A weighted composite — so a champion can’t game one metric at the cost of another.

35%

Booking rate

Of qualified calls, how many converted to a site visit / appointment / sale.

25%

AI quality score

Composite of response speed, conversation flow, objection handling, tone, script adherence (all auto-scored, 1-10).

15%

Customer sentiment

Did the caller hang up engaged, neutral or frustrated. Flag laughter, agreement, irritation, drop-off.

15%

Talk-to-listen ratio

Top human sales reps talk 43% of the time. Agents that hog the conversation (>55%) get penalised.

10%

Cost per booked appointment

An agent that books at 12% but spends 4 minutes per call loses to one that books at 9% in 2 minutes.

Stop guessing which prompt is best.

Let the conversion rate decide. Set up your first championship in 30 minutes — we build 3 contenders with you, they go live tomorrow, you see the leaderboard by next Sunday.
