◦ Whisper to Aman — the customer can't hear this

Watch it happen live — and the Google Calendar message or invite goes out the second the call ends.

An appointment that exists only in the call recording is not an appointment. If it does not land on a real calendar with a real owner, someone forgets and the customer shows up to nobody.

Connecting Google Calendar to DigitalCallers writes the slot the agent booked straight into Google Calendar, with the customer's details, so the meeting exists the moment the call ends. The AI agent speaks Hindi, English and ten other Indian languages, switches between them the way your customers actually talk, and works every hour your calling window allows.

This one is native: LeadPilot speaks Google Calendar's own API. You add credentials once in Settings and there is no middleware, no per-task fee and nothing else to maintain.

What teams automate with Google Calendar

Booked on the call, on the calendar by the time it ends

The agent offers real availability, the customer picks, and the event is created with the lead's name, number and what they asked about.

No double-booking

Availability is read before the slot is offered, so two agents can never sell the same hour to two customers.

Reminder calls, not just reminder emails

A call goes out before the slot — the single most effective no-show reduction there is, and nobody has to remember to make it.

Reschedules handled on the phone

The customer says “make it Thursday” and the calendar entry moves, without a human touching anything.

What data moves, and which way

Google Calendar and DigitalCallers

Credentials are configured once and the integration runs on the events your workflow produces — no files to move, no exports to schedule.

Every client's data is separated at the account level, transcripts are PII-redacted at rest, and numbers are DND-scrubbed before dialling — the same rules apply no matter which app the record came from.

Setting it up

  1. Click Set it up below — it shows your account's private calendar feed link (every appointment the agents book, live).
  2. Add it to Google Calendar: in Google Calendar choose Other calendars → From URL and paste the link (Meet links come from the event's own Add conferencing).
  3. Appointments show up with the lead's name, number, project and the agent's notes; a reschedule on a call updates the event.
  4. Book a test appointment from the Agent Tester and watch it appear within the feed's refresh window (Google polls roughly hourly).
  5. If the link ever leaks, press Regenerate on the same screen — the old feed stops working instantly.
  6. Turn on reminder calls before the slot in Appointments — the single most effective way to cut no-shows.

Google Calendar + AI calling — common questions

How long does it take to connect Google Calendar?

Minutes, not a project. Add your credentials in Settings and it is live. There is no onboarding fee and no professional-services engagement — if it takes longer than a coffee, something is wrong and we will get on a call.

Does connecting Google Calendar cost extra?

No. Integrations are included in your plan — we do not charge per integration, per connection or per task. You pay for calling minutes; connecting the apps around them is part of the product.

What languages can the agent speak on these calls?

Hindi and English with natural code-switching, plus ten more Indian languages including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. The agent follows the customer's language, which matters more than any script when the person on the other end is not comfortable in English.

Is the call recorded, and is that compliant?

Yes, recorded and transcribed, with the recording linked from the record in your own system. DigitalCallers is built for Indian regulation: DND scrubbing before dialling, calling-window enforcement, consent language in the opening, PII redaction in stored transcripts and per-client data separation.

Can I try this before committing?

Yes. Book a twenty-minute walkthrough and we will wire one live flow on your own account during the call, using your data — not a demo tenant with invented leads.
