◦ Whisper to Aman — the customer can't hear this

Watch it happen live — and the Amazon SES message or invite goes out the second the call ends.

Transactional email is the part everyone postpones: the confirmation that never went out, the invoice sent from a personal Gmail, the reminder that landed in spam because the domain was never authenticated.

Connecting Amazon SES to DigitalCallers sends confirmations, reminders, invoices and summaries through Amazon SES on your own authenticated domain, triggered by what actually happened on the call. The AI agent speaks Hindi, English and ten other Indian languages, switches between them the way your customers actually talk, and works every hour your calling window allows.

This one is native: LeadPilot speaks Amazon SES's own API. You add credentials once in Settings and there is no middleware, no per-task fee and nothing else to maintain.

What teams automate with Amazon SES

Confirmations the moment a call ends

Booking made on the phone, email in the inbox before the customer puts the phone down, with the details exactly as the agent stated them.

Your domain, your deliverability

Sent through your Amazon SES account and your SPF/DKIM records, so the mail lands in the inbox rather than in promotions.

Reminders that reduce no-shows

A scheduled nudge before the appointment, automatically cancelled if the customer reschedules on a later call.

Internal digests without a report cycle

A daily summary of what the calls produced, mailed to the people who would otherwise ask for it in a meeting.

What data moves, and which way

Amazon SES and DigitalCallers

Credentials are configured once and the integration runs on the events your workflow produces — no files to move, no exports to schedule.

Every client's data is separated at the account level, transcripts are PII-redacted at rest, and numbers are DND-scrubbed before dialling — the same rules apply no matter which app the record came from.

Setting it up

  1. Click Set it up below — it opens the Email sender screen.
  2. Choose Amazon SES as the sender and paste its API key (or the SMTP host, port, username and password).
  3. Set the From name and address you want customers to see, on a domain you control.
  4. Add LeadPilot's SPF and DKIM records to that domain — this is the step that decides inbox versus spam, and it takes about five minutes with your DNS provider.
  5. Send a test to yourself and confirm it lands in the inbox, not in promotions.
  6. Choose which events send mail: booking confirmations, reminders, invoices, daily summaries.

Amazon SES + AI calling — common questions

How long does it take to connect Amazon SES?

Minutes, not a project. Add your credentials in Settings and it is live. There is no onboarding fee and no professional-services engagement — if it takes longer than a coffee, something is wrong and we will get on a call.

Does connecting Amazon SES cost extra?

No. Integrations are included in your plan — we do not charge per integration, per connection or per task. You pay for calling minutes; connecting the apps around them is part of the product.

What languages can the agent speak on these calls?

Hindi and English with natural code-switching, plus ten more Indian languages including Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, Marathi, Gujarati, Bengali, Malayalam, Punjabi and Odia. The agent follows the customer's language, which matters more than any script when the person on the other end is not comfortable in English.

Is the call recorded, and is that compliant?

Yes, recorded and transcribed, with the recording linked from the record in your own system. DigitalCallers is built for Indian regulation: DND scrubbing before dialling, calling-window enforcement, consent language in the opening, PII redaction in stored transcripts and per-client data separation.

Can I try this before committing?

Yes. Book a twenty-minute walkthrough and we will wire one live flow on your own account during the call, using your data — not a demo tenant with invented leads.
